OUR STORY

Our founder Max came up with the idea of a demountable gym on the beach in Devon, hence the name GYM SHACK, although that plan didn't quite come off, visions have a funny way of manifesting themselves and whilst Seven Sisters isn't the beach, it is a fantastic area with a great community spirit that GYM SHACK is a big part of.

Our mission at GYM SHACK is very simple…. To make you FEEL better about yourself.

Circuit training is a high-intensity workout that combines aerobic exercises with resistance training. Participants move through a series of stations, each designed to target different muscle groups, with minimal rest between stations to keep the heart rate elevated.

HIIT

HIIT

HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. It's a time-efficient workout designed to improve fitness and burn calories in a short period of time.

Boxing

Boxing

Boxing is a rigorous sport that involves footwork, agility, and high-intensity punches. Training typically includes a mix of shadowboxing, heavy bag work, and sparring, focusing on technique, coordination, and endurance.

Personal training provides one-on-one coaching tailored to the client's specific fitness goals. Trainers design customized workout plans, provide motivational support, and ensure that clients perform exercises correctly and effectively.

Mon-Thurs - 6.30-2pm and 4-8.30pm
Friday -  6.30-2pm and 4-7pm
Saturday - 9am – 2pm
Sunday - 9am - 12pm
